These are absolute vertical lift peak readings and you should allow a decent safety margin.

What drill equipment do I need for installation?

You need a powerful cordless drill or impact wrench. Not suitable for mains powered drills. Always start on the lowest torque setting and use both hands. For hard grounds, pre-drill a minimum 10mm pilot hole.
