Quality made in the USA, for anchoring down outdoor items that have limited sized mounting holes.
Are you searching for how to hold a project down to the ground and so far the only solution you have found is to lay concrete and then anchor into the concrete?
...Or, perhaps you are still searching for an easy cost effective way?
Introducing our threaded range of GroundGrabba ground anchors.
Our threaded earth anchors are perfect if you only have a limited hole diameter which the flights or spirals of GroundGrabba's will not screw through and you don't want to go through the drama of concrete pouring etc.
Threaded Range
You get to choose from our general use GR13 range and our heavier load commercial capacity GR14 range.
- GR13UMT - 450mm in length
- GR13ULT - 600mm in length
*GroundGrabba Commercial GR14 Series have been certified in accordance with AS4100 and A2159
- GR14UST - 450mm in length (thicker shaft)
- GR14UMT - 600mm in length (thicker shaft)
- GR14ULT - 900mm in length (thicker shaft)
We have specifically designed these for uses such as outdoor sculptures, furniture, structures and various other items whereby up till now you may need to create a concrete slab and install permanent concrete anchoring which as you know is a time consuming and often expensive exercise.
Our threaded ground anchors are a real game changer, done and dusted in mere minutes.
The Threaded GroundGrabba product line is meant for permanent infrastructure and placement.
Our engineered ground anchor flights (spirals) wind their way into the ground and create a tree root like hold. Then you simply bolt-down your base plate or item.
Our commercial threaded hex-less are made so that after being driven into the ground, there will be a portion of threaded shaft protruding to screw on a supplied nut (x2) and washer.
Hold Down Capacity
Please look at our tests below.
Our GroundGrabba ground anchors will anchor down up to 7X that of a similar sized hammer in spike stake!

IMPORTANT***Please note that these figures are a guide only.
- The results are absolute peak readings and you should allow a decent safety margin.
- Ground types vary. Through the depth of one ground anchor the ground can be of different densities and affect outcomes.
- These all rely on correct deployment in dry conditions.
- Please also note that you will experience even greater ground holding as time goes by and the earth resettles undisturbed.

Additional Information
With our steel galvanised 1018 carbon steel drill-driven screw in ground anchor stakes, you can feel confident that whatever you are anchoring, will remain intact and safe in the toughest of weather conditions. GroundGrabba is the heavy duty screw in ground anchor stake for sand or normal to firm substrates.
The advantage of GroundGrabba GR14 range over the old traditional hammer in spike stakes or vehicle axels are that they hold down with greater force and they are installed and removed using a high torque impact drill or other such device. No More Sledge Hammers or fork lifts etc! Our GroundGrabba Commercial range are premium quality ground anchors for use with a tradie quality heavy duty impact wrench such as the Milwaukee Fuel M18.
To drive these into the ground you may likely need a very high torque impact wrench, perhaps as one of these or even with a higher torque ability:
Makita 40v TW001GZ-40v Brushless 3/4" Impact Wrench
Milwaukee M18 FUEL 2867-20
For all grounds please do drill pilot holes. You'll want to use a masonry drill at least the same length as the GroundGrabba you choose.
Please Note: These are not toys. You will need a powerful drill if attempting to use these in hard ground.

- For hard or extremely hard grounds we recommend pre drilling a minimum of a 16mm pilot hole to help with insertion.
- Some grounds will be impenetrable.
- Use the correct GroundGrabba for the job.
Do not rely on ground holding ability information herein. You must carry out your own ground holding as ground types and densities vary widely and therefore ground holding ability attained.
